Delete Your Upheld Account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Upheld and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Can't get into the app?

Email hello@upheld.me from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your children's records: IEP details, services, service logs, notes, and dates
• Voice recordings, transcripts, and uploaded documents
• Access you gave to other people, such as another parent or an advocate
• If you're an advocate, your directory listing

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you want to keep anything, export your service record as a PDF before deleting.

What we may keep

We may keep a small amount of information when the law requires it, such as records of an account deletion request. Subscription purchase records are kept by Apple, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel it in your iPhone's Settings first.
